BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

License and Restrictions:

Subject to these Terms, Gaming Verse grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Services.
  • Reproduce, sell, or exploit the Services without our written consent.
  • Use data mining or automation tools on the Services.
  • Engage in any illegal or tortious conduct related to the Services.

For downloadable games ("Apps"), you have a limited license to use the App on authorized devices. The App may not be copied, resold, or unlicensed.

Age Requirements:

If you do not receive an age verification prompt, you must be at least 16 years old to access the Game. If prompted, any age user may access the Game and Website, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Products and Links:

Gaming Verse may offer third-party products through the Services. Your use of such products is governed by the third-party's terms and privacy policies. The Services may include links to external websites, which we do not control or endorse.

Access to the Services:

By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You may need to register an Account or access the Services through a social networking service ("SNS"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for any activities that occur under it.

In-App Purchases:

The Service may include opportunities to earn or purchase in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") to access virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are not real currency and have no monetary value. They are provided under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license.

Subscriptions:

Some games may offer subscription memberships ("Subscriptions"). Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can manage your Subscription settings through your app store.

Online Content and Conduct:

The Services may include forums, message boards, or other platforms for user-generated content ("Forums"). You are responsible for your content and must comply with these Terms. Gaming Verse reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.

Title:

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and content remain with Gaming Verse. You may not use, copy, or distribute the Services or content without our written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and defend Gaming Verse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination:

These Terms will terminate if you fail to comply with any term. You and Gaming Verse may terminate your Account at any time. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
